1. If return problem is caused by us, we accept return and refund you in full. Please check the followings to know more: If you received a damaged product, we accept return; If the product you received is not the color you ordered, we accept return; (Color may vary by different monitors, so a little color deviation is normal.) If the product you received is not the size you ordered, we accept return. (1-3 centimeters difference is normal, we do not accept return) Notice: (1). Return request will not be accepted by personal preference. (2). Custom sizes, custom style and custom color can not be returned, because it is custom made for you.

We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us via inbox message, we will reply you in one working day.
