What is this store's return and exchange policy?
1. If return problem is caused by us, we accept return and refund you in full. Please check the followings to know more: If you received a damaged product, we accept return; If the product you received is not the color you ordered, we accept return; (Color may vary by different monitors, so a little color deviation is normal.) If the product you received is not the size you ordered, we accept return. (1-3 centimeters difference is normal, we do not accept return) Notice: (1). Return request will not be accepted by personal preference. (2). Custom sizes, custom style and custom color can not be returned, because it is custom made for you.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses (including sashes, and wraps) are made-to-order, whether you ordered a standard size or custom measurements, and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details. - Item cancellation requests received within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund(Clothing purchase price plus full freight,However, storenvy's 15% commission, sales tax and $4.99 handling fee will be deducted). - Item cancellation requests received within 12 to 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price,However, storenvy's 15% commission, sales tax and $4.99 handling fee will be deducted. - Item cancellation requests received more than 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost,However, storenvy's 15% commission, sales tax and $4.99 handling fee will be deducted. - Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us via inbox message, we will reply you in one working day.

We accept payment by Paypal, Credit Card, western union, money gram, bank transfer and so on. If your credit card was refused, please use following way, You can choose payment by credit card Through PayPal even if you don't have Paypal account, please see following Choose PayPal as your payment method and click Check out with PayPal. Once You're Redirected to Paypal 1) Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select the option to pay with a debit or credit card. 2) You'll then be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information. 3) You'll also be asked whether you want to save your information with PayPal.
